This was the first property purchased and dedicated to testing the model amongst graduate students at Brandeis University. Chester Avenue was purchased from an owner occupant and renovation was only required on one of the two apartments. The success of Chester Avenue helped to show investors that the model works and is in high demand amongst graduate students.
