We are leveraging new and existing technologies at Avance Capital, LLC, and GradBnB, LLC to increase efficiencies and improve performance. We are now using Yardi which is an industry standard centralized software solution that streamlines key functions for real estate managers. This software is valuable for both companies as it integrates the accounting, investor reporting, and property management functions.

In addition, investors now have direct access to their financial information and can see their investment’s performance via the Yardi portal. Yardi also enables us to automatically process rent electronically for 100% on-time payments. Prospective tenants are now able to submit an application, sign a lease, and set up payments all online.

In the first year, we signed 75 site-unseen leases – up from 4 the year before.

In the second year, we signed 127 site-unseen leases.
