We are expanding our Waltham portfolio to supply the increasing demand for our student housing as graduate student enrollment grows.
So far in 2022, we have delivered 18 new beds across two buildings: 7 Chester Avenue and 655 South Street.
We will be delivering another 13 beds for the spring semester at 659 South Street.
We are on track to deliver an additional 13 beds this coming summer at 188 Ash Street.
Our latest acquisition on Ash Street is the first property in Fund 2, which is our new investment entity for acquiring additional properties in Waltham.
